Over the past few years our Christmas ritual has evolved. Rather than loading up on a buttery turkey dinner twice in a month, we put our energy into a Christmas Eve feast consisting entirely of fish and vegetable dishes. On Christmas Day we drive into Flushing, Queens for dim sum.
