Visit to the Austin Botanical Garden

Bessie's Description

My brother is very cute, I can tell.  We all love him very much.  The birth mom’s name is April. 

       

We went to some gardens with Charlie yesterday.  Yesterday we went on the rock paths on the water.  We also saw some fish.  We saw a lot of bamboo.  We took a lot of pictures.  There were a lot of flowers, too.  We saw cactuses and rocks in the gardens.  They were going to make a new thing there.  When we were going back to the car, we saw some flowers.  Then we went back home.

After this we are going to the kid’s museum.

My Translation

The Austin Botanical Garden has a beautiful Japanese Garden.  There is a small stream that flows into a series of ponds filled with coy.  There are stone paths that go up and around the ponds, jump over them on short bridges and cross them with stepping stones.  Bessie had so much fun we didn't think to stop to take pictures. 

Afterward, Bessie was only too happy to mug for the camera.
